Why should I use dental floss?
Brushing your teeth may not always be enough to clean hard-to-reach places where food debris accumulates and causes plaque formation. Therefore, using dental floss is important for good oral health.

Unwind and cut about 45cm of dental floss. Wrap the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-4 cm tension in between.
With your thumb and index fingers, guide the floss between your teeth with up and down zigzag movements. Make sure the floss reaches below your gum line and your molars.
When moving from one tooth to another, make sure to unwind a clean section of the floss and use your thumbs to guide it.
